Mr. Sumit is currently pursuing Ph.D in Criminal Law. He has completed his LL.M (Business Laws) and B.A.LL. B (Hons) from Bharati Vidyapeeth University, New Law College, Pune. He also holds a Diploma in Cyber Law and Corporate Law. He has completed a certificate course on International Law from International Business Management Institute (IBMI) Berlin, Germany. He has 6 years of teaching experience. He has published Research Papers and attended numerous faculty development programmes, conferences and workshops. His areas of Interest are Criminal Law, Company Law and Labour Laws.
