Dr. Prerna Bagadia holds a Ph.D. in Management from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, complemented by an MBA with a major in Finance and minor in IT, and a B.Sc. in Computer Science. Additionally, she has completed a six-month diploma course in Advanced Computing, enhancing her technical skills in the field.
Dr. Bagadia's research is centered on Consumer Behavior in Adopting Mobile Banking Services, the Influence of Financial Risk Tolerance on Investment Patterns, and Factors Impacting Mobile Banking Adoption in India. Her scholarly work has been published in reputed journals and presented at various conferences.
