'Personal Growth Laboratory' - PG LAB - 2022

Prestige Institute of Management and Research, Indore organized the 'Personal Growth Laboratory' - PG LAB - 2022from October 6, 2022 to October 8, 2022 and November 3, 2022 to November 5, 2022. The 3-day workshop which happened twice was meticulously curated on creating self-awareness through setting up Personal Agenda, conducting Psychometric assessment and hands-on session on Johari Window analysis for 900 students.

Activity Manual

Dr. Debasis Mallik, Sr. Director emphasized the concept of “Pressure or Pleasure” in one’s life and the importance of Digital Detoxification for the youth. He further motivated them to explore more by making small changes in their daily routine.

Student Team Allocation Plan

In order to effectively organize 600 students, we had initially segregated them into 3 GROUPS of 200 students each. (Group A, B and C). These 200 students were assigned to 3 different locations and they participated in the workshop as a group on all 3 days. Each of these 3 groups were further divided into 20 TEAMS of 10 students each and these teams were static in all the team building activities throughout the three days of workshop. (Team 1 to Team 20).For each of the 3 groups, in addition to 1 Coordinator we had a support team of 10 faculty members/ RA to facilitate the team activities and were assigned with 2 teams each

Similarly for the second workshop in order to effectively organize these 383 students, we had initially segregated them into 3 GROUPS of 140 students each. (Group A, B and C). These 200 students were assigned to 3 different locations and they participated in the workshop as a group on all 3 days. Each of these 3 groups were further divided into 14 TEAMS of 10 students each and these teams were static in all the team building activities throughout the three days of workshop. (Team 1 to Team 14). For each of the 3 groups, in addition to 1 Coordinator we had a support team of 6 faculty members/ RA to facilitate the team activities and were assigned with 2 teams each

The final day concluded with a Theme based performance by the individual teams where the team efforts of 3 days culminated into strong bonds and beautiful memories.Each day concluded with a quick session on Reflection and Feedback
