Student Team Allocation Plan
In order to effectively organize 600 students, we had initially segregated them into 3 GROUPS of 200 students each. (Group A, B and C). These 200 students were assigned to 3 different locations and they participated in the workshop as a group on all 3 days. Each of these 3 groups were further divided into 20 TEAMS of 10 students each and these teams were static in all the team building activities throughout the three days of workshop. (Team 1 to Team 20).For each of the 3 groups, in addition to 1 Coordinator we had a support team of 10 faculty members/ RA to facilitate the team activities and were assigned with 2 teams each
