Indore Management Association conducted its orientation session for IMA - Student Chapter in the presence of Dr. Yash Jaiswal, Business Executive IMA and then the orientation session was succeeded by the Management Film Show headed by Dr. Subodh Shrivastava, CEO at InTred Services on November 19, 2022. The event was organized for MBA 1st Semester Students Batch 2022 - 2024. The name of movie that was shown was "Devil vs Prada". The movie's lead actresses were Meryl Streep and Anna Hathaway.

Activity Manual
To facilitate a smooth execution, the Activity Manual was drafted with an exhaustive detailing of activities and was shared with the support team of faculty members & the IMA Student Coordinators.
Student Team Allocation Plan
In order to effectively organize the event, senior students coordinated with the students of Institute Industry Interface and they were divided into three teams, namely
- Event Core Team
- Communications Team
- Internal/ External Team
Each of these 3 teams were given task to be followed throughout the event which facilitated in smooth functioning of the event.
