She is a recognized Supervisor for Ph.D in Management at DAVV, Indore.  She has been conferred Best Paper Award at the International Conference held at UBC, Canada and has also presented research papers in her area of specialization at many National Conferences and International Conferences. She has published Research Papers in Scopus, ABDC, Elsevier and Sage Journals. She has coordinated International Conference, Research Methodology and Case Study workshops. She has also coordinated MPCST sponsored workshops on Women Entrepreneurship and Skill Development. She is in the Editorial Board and Reviewer of Journals of National and International repute. She has cleared Banking and Finance certifications of IIBF.
