She has twenty one years of rich academic and research experience along with one year of corporate experience. Thirty international and national publications and participation in various National and International conferences, workshops, seminars and faculty development programs. 

She has conducted several training sessions and workshops. Co-authored book on Business Communication, edited five International Conference Books, two Monographs and two Status papers and two patents. She was on the Editor and Reviewer Board, Prestige International Journal of Management and Research from 2018 – 2022. Also on the Editorial Board, Prayukti – Journal of Management Applications, Dr. D Y. Patil B-School, Mumbai.

Her teaching and training interests include Project Management, Design Thinking, Financial Derivatives, Financial Services, Research Methodology, Advanced Modeling in Excel, Personality Development, Entrepreneurship. 

She has managed establishment and operation of AIC- Prestige Inspire Foundation, supported by Atal Innovation Mission, NITI Aayog, Government of India. She is Past President, PIMR-Institute Innovation Council, PIMR, Indore. (2020-2021) and Life Time Member of CEGR, Delhi
