Dr. Rajesh Jangalwa is Associate Professor in the area of HRM. His Ph. D. is on Learned Optimism, Managerial Creativity & Spiritual Intelligence as Determinants of Managerial Effectiveness. He is a seasoned academician with a total 32 years of experience including 28 years in academic & 3.5 years of industry.

He imparted more than 150 training programs in the blue-chip companies like Hindalco Industry Ltd.; Gabrial India Ltd.; PNB (M.P.), Commissioners at Customs, Indirect Taxes & Narcotics to name a few. He has given 26 consultancies in the area of HRM and Operations.

He has published 26 research papers & case-studies in journals & magazines of National & International repute. He authored a book Industrial Safety: Training & Audit published from the USA. He is a life member of National HRD Network; & Indian Society for Training & Development. He is a founding member of the World Spiritual Center.
