With 19 years of combined experience in industry and academics, he’s worked at renowned brands like Eli Lilly and Co, ICICI Prudential, and HDFC Standard Life. Passionate about behavioural and sales training, he’s also a certified psychometric testing assessor and Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy practitioner.

Pranay’s training impact extends nationwide. He’s crafted over 200 tailored programs, benefiting 15,000+ individuals across diverse sectors: manufacturing, service, power, oil, agribusiness, cement, pharmaceuticals, IT, and more. His expertise spans business acumen, team cohesion, interpersonal skills, sales, conflict, analytics, people, and self-management. Pranay specializes in designing and developing customized training modules, ensuring desired learning outcomes through innovative methods like case studies, role plays, activities, and discussions. He’s conducted Out Bound programs for experiential learning, employing transformative approaches.

As Honorary Secretary of PIMR Alumni Association, Pranay’s impact reaches far beyond training rooms, reflecting his unwavering commitment to education and development. Currently, he is also managing the developmental activities at AIC Prestige Inspire Foundation where he is mentoring various incubated start-ups.
