Dr. Nidhi Sharma has fourteen years of extensive academic experience with Prestige Institute of Management and Research. Prior to academics, She did her graduation from Punjab Technical university and post-graduation from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar. She has a doctorate and completed her Ph.D. in marketing from DAVV, Indore. Dr. Nidhi Sharma is a recognized supervisor for Ph.D at D.A.V.V, Indore. She is a Certified Trainer of SMART GIRL PROJECT initiated by BJS, Pune and adopted by DAVV. She has been invited as a Guest Speaker in Faculty development Program organized under the aiges of NSTEDB, Ministry of Science & Technology, Govt. of India, New Delhi and MPCON, Indore (MP.) She is the recipient of “Best Research Paper Award” as well as “Best Teacher Award”. She has attended various national and international conferences where she presented various research papers in her area of specialization. She has also attended and participated in several Faculty Development Programs and Workshops on case writing, research methodology, marketing etc. and has more than 28 publications to her credit in different books, national and international journals. She has been the coordinator of various academic as well as support activities like Curriculum, Implementation of NEP and OBE,  International Conference,  Research Methodology Workshop, Prestige Mark-tinggg Club, Annual Cultural Fest ‘Manthan’, Summer Internship Projects, Time Table, Students’ Placement, Women Empowerment Cell, Smart Girl workshop etc.
