Dr. Jyoti has an experience of teaching in professional management courses of more than twenty two years spanning across institutes in central India and the pink city, Jaipur and Delhi. As a Human Resource Management faculty, she has over the years taught subjects like Fundamentals of Management, Organizational Behavior, Social Psychology, Psychology, Business Communication, Organizational Development and Industrial Psychology. She has a penchant for experiential learning methods and Life skills. Her teaching pedagogy largely employs case study, Role playing, Psychometric analysis, Exercises and simulation games in good measure. Her passion towards Life Skills, Soft Skills and Employability Skills finds its way in all her endeavors towards training. She was a regular talk show expert guest  on two of the most popular TV shows in Jaipur city “Career Talk” and” Life in Life”; counselling live audiences on Career issues and stress management respectively.

She has authored two books, published 10 book chapters, has two national patents and International Copyrights and published more than 20 research papers in renowned international journals of repute with Scopus, UGC-Care and ABDC listings.

She is the secretary of the Not for Profit NGO “Sutradhar” operating in Indore since 2003,curating performing arts, theatre,poetry ,literary events and movie shows to provide a platform to talented artists in tier two cities.
