Dr. Amitabh Joshi is associated with Prestige Institute of Management & Research Indore as HOD General Management from 15th Dec 2021. Before Joining PIMR, he was with Prestige Institute of Management Dewas since 2001. He took over as Director of Prestige Institute of Management Dewas in the year 2013. Prior to Prestige Dewas, he worked in areas of Accounts and Finance with Gabriel India Ltd. Dewas, Web Development Company M/s surfmp.com, and Prestige Agro Tech Ltd. He has experience of more than 22 years.

Dr. Joshi has obtained a Ph. D in the field of Management from Vikram University, Ujjain and the area of research was “Corporate Reporting Practices” under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Nageshwar Rao Vice Chancellor, Indira Gandhi National Open University, New Delhi and an MBA from DAVV, INDORE

He has conducted more than 10 EDPs/ MDPs. He has around 80 research publications in his name. He was nominated for the “Best Research Paper Award by AIMS” consecutively for three years.

He was Chief Editor of PACE- A Journal of Research of Prestige Institute of Management Dewas. 

He has co-authored two books. His area of expertise is International Finance, Financial Services, Business Simulation and Financial Management.
