The Institute is very particular about the continuous development of its faculty members. Towards this end, it organizes training programs and workshops and sponsors faculty members to national and International Conference and Seminars. Case writing Workshops and Organized for the faculty members, wherein, they visit various organization and develop cases for PIMR Case Bank. So far, Eighteen case writing workshops have been organized. The Institute was represented by the faculty in the following conferences/meetings :
