The Institute has a Centre for Human Resourse Developement to help the the Business houses in Developing their human resources. The Centre has been conducting training program for the executives of all levels to facilitate the Organization to overcome the problems related to human resources.

For Exposure to management discipline and updation of knowledge, Excutive Development Programs are designed and conducted on different themes. The Institute has conducted unit based/in-house training programs for leading business houses in the country, such as J.K. Corp Limited (Lakshmi Cements Division) at Jaykaypuram, Bajaj Auto Limited at Aurangabad, Grasim Industries Limited at Nagda and Jodhpur, Syncom Formulations (India) Limited at Indore; Hindalco Industries Limited at Ranusagar, Eicher Motors Limited at Pithampur, J.K. Industries Limited (Tyre & Tube Division) at Kankroli and Gwalior, Esser Steel at Hazira, Surat, Hindustan Motors at Pithampur, National Fertilizers Limited at Vijaipur, Regional Training Centre, J.K. Cement Works at Nimbahera (Rajasthan) and Indore Management Association, Indore.

The Institute offers consultancy service to industries and business units through its faculty especially in the areas of production, finance, maketing, human resource management system and typical problam areas of general information The Institute has already provided consultancy to Computer Science Corporation India, Directorate of Distance Education - Pondicherry University and Aegis School of Telecommunication.

Centre For Holistic Management

The Institute has a Centre for Holistic Management to channelise insight into a holistic vision of management. As a Frist milestone under this Centre-

A seminar on Ethics and Corporate Socila Responsibility : Emerging Issues was organized on April 9, 2005.

The Second National Seminar on Holictic Management : Indian Versus Western Ethos was held on November 19, 2005. The Seminar have Succcessfully Presented perspective on holism and an ethical vision of management and business practices.

Assessment Centre

The Institute has an Assessment Centre to facilitate an individual in knowing his/her strengths and weaknesses. Besides this, the youngsters are assisted in choosing their career based on their aptitudes and interests. The facility of personality assessment is open to students as well as excutives.

Academic Forum

This is a unique feature of the institute that provides opportunity to each faculty member to share his/her thoughts and academic views. Academic forums are held every fortnight to arouse and sustain academic ambience in the institute.

Case Bank

The Institute is developing a Case Bank for facilitating the faculty in procuring cases on varous topics. Besides having a collection of 566 cases from various from sources, it also include the cases for classroom teaching and training programs developed by the faculty of the institute.

Faculty & Staff Club

Pimr has a faculty Club as well as a Staff Club, which celebrate birthdays and organize farewell parties and outings to facilitate the development of fraternity amongst all members of the PIMR Family. The Employees of the institute are sensitive to social issues, and have always come forward at the time of nation disasters and calamitieThey voluntarily donated one days salary towads Mumbai Deluge Relief Fund, Gujarat Earthquack Relief Fund, Orissa Relief Fund and Kargil Fund in the past.
