In view of the success and achievements of PIMR, Indore, the Prestige Education Society established the Prestige Institute of Management, Gwalior and Prestige Institute of Management, Mandsaur in the year 1997. The Prestige Institute of Management, Gwalior is affiliated to Jiwaji University, Gwalior and offers MBA, MCA, BBA and BCA programs.

The Institute at Mandsaur was shifted to its permanent site at Dewas in the year 2001. Prestige Institute of Management, Dewas is affiliated to Vikram University, Ujjain and offers MBA, MCA, BBA and BCA programs.
